Is your parcel delayed or not moving forward on the tracking link?


If your parcel is delayed or no longer showing up on the tracking link, it is possible that it is delayed for various reasons. The first thing to do is to check when it was last scanned, if it's been more than 6 days, you can then open a claim with the carrier and inform us so we can do the same. 


Customs clearance can be lengthy, ranging from 1 to 4 days, remember that a customs clearance is now required for : Switzerland, Norway, UK and all countries outside Europe
