My order is missing a product

In our warehouses, your orders are rigorously packed and checked before shipping.

Nevertheless, when you open your package, you notice the absence of one or more products, please contact us.

If you have any doubts before opening your package, do not hesitate to film the opening of the shipping package to create an irrefutable proof. 

For a faster treatment we will ask you for pictures and will apply the necessary measures, after investigation of our part, as well as the carrier.
