If you wish to consult and modify your information go to your customer area, you will find several tabs corresponding to your personal data, in accordance with the GRDP ("General Regulation on Data Protection"), you are entitled to consult, modify and delete your information.
Article 16 - Right of rectification*: "The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller, as soon as possible, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Having regard to the purposes of the processing operation, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement."
The different tabs allow you to access your information:
- Orders: You can find all your orders made or in progress, as well as your invoices.
- Coupons: Your available coupons and those already used.
- Information: Your personal information: name, first name, email address, phone number ... that you can modify or delete.
- Address: You can find all your delivery addresses, and you can add or remove them according to your delivery preferences.
- My personal data: You can download a copy of all your data.
- My Rewards: Find all the rewards you have earned, or already used.
- Referral program: You can access the form and your referral information.
- My credit cards: All your registered cards.
